My Savta (great-grandmother) has been a fixture in my life from a very young age. A memory I have of Savta, is going to visit her every time I came to New York. She would always ask me how I was doing and she always told me how much she loved me. I loved hearing stories about her earlier years and all the missions that the Rebbe sent her and Zaidy Berel on. Another memory is from this past Sukkos when all my cousins,
aunts and uncles, and my Zaidy o.b.m., went to visit Savta and dance with her, she was so happy and her smile lit up the room. I was very fond of the special woman my Savta was and will always cherish the memories I have with her.
