Action: Corrective actions are being taken.

A limited amount of “Redemption” brand matzah, certified by OK Kosher, has been affected by storage insects. This occurred after it left the bakery and/or in transit (all flour is sifted and checked before baking).

Any affected matzos were immediately recalled. There is a possibility that some boxes were sold before the recall was completed.

Consumers are encouraged to check the matzah before Pesach as a precaution. OK Kosher stands behind the kosher certification of “Redemption” matzos.

Issue: Mislabel

A small amount of Chocoholic dairy Cholov Yisroel chocolate was inaccurately labeled as pareve.

Action: Corrective actions are being taken.

Company: Forever Yogurt

Issue: Unauthorized Use of OK Mark

Multiple Forever Yogurt locations (Illinois) are illegally displaying the OK Kosher certification mark on physical signs in-store and digital images online.

OK Kosher Certification does not certify any Forever Yogurt products or locations.

Corrective actions are being taken.

Product: Mott’s Clamato Original 213ml, Mott’s Clamato Extra Spicy 213ml

Company: Canada Dry Mott’s Inc.

Issue: Mislabel

Mott’s Clamato Original and Mott’s Clamato Extra Spicy in 213ml cans, sold in Canada, have been mislabeled with an OK symbol.

These products are not kosher.

Corrective actions are being taken.

The following supermarkets – Euroland (Deerfield Beach, FL), Europa Gourmet (Hollywood, FL) and Matryoshka (Sunny Isles Beach, FL) are displaying an unauthorized OK certification mark on various signage, as well as on snack items under brands Euroland/Euroline.

OK Kosher does not certify this company’s products or establishments.

Various bottles of wine from Agur Winery, imported by Israeli Wine Direct, LLC/Levantara Imports display the words ‘certified by OK Kosher’ in Hebrew.  OK Kosher has not certified Agur Winery since 2014.

Chronic Elixir x Kache Gummies bear an unauthorized OK Kosher symbol.  OK Kosher Certification does not certify this company or their products.  Corrective actions are being taken.  This includes but is not limited to the following products:
