Quore Gelato, with retail locations in Wynwood, Aventura Mall and Hollywood, FL, has been displaying an unauthorized OK symbol on various signs.

OK Kosher does not certify these establishments or their products. Corrective actions are being taken.

In recent weeks, high levels of infestation have been found in both bell and mini bell peppers, regardless of their color or origin. We have collaborated with other kashrus agencies, and their reports have indicated similar findings.
Infestation was found on the entire outer surface of the peppers, concentrated around the stem/crown area on top.
At this time, we advise consumers to take the following steps when preparing peppers to consume:
– Remove and discard the stem/crown section.
– Rinse and rub the remaining part of the pepper under running water, either by hand or with a vegetable brush.
– Pay special attention to any crevices.
Research is ongoing, and updates will be provided as necessary.

Please be advised that a limited amount of Nature’s Garden Peach Rings, sold at Safeway, were mistakenly labeled with the OK symbol.  This product is not kosher.  Corrective action has been taken.
