Celebrating 90 Years of Excellence
A highlight of the conference was the exclusive premiere of a documentary film marking nine decades of OK Kosher’s leadership.
The film traces the organization’s journey from its founding in 1935 to its evolution into one of the world’s most respected and trusted kosher certifying agencies. Through historical insights and modern perspectives, the video showcases the OK’s unique blend of tradition, expertise, and forward-thinking innovation.
Honoring the Legacy of Visionary Leadership
The conference also paid tribute to the late Rabbi Don Yoel Levy, OB”M, OK Kosher’s long-time Kashrus Administrator. Continuing the pioneering work of his father, Rabbi Berel Levy, OB”M, Rabbi Levy transformed OK Kosher into a global leader in industrial kosher certification.
Under his visionary leadership, OK Kosher:
