Located on 120 acres in the rolling hills of western New Jersey, Valley Shepherd Creamery uses the milk of its own sheep and goats to make over 40 artisan dairy products.   Included in the kosher lineup are creamy goat logs in several styles, such as fine herbs, blueberry vanilla, and black truffle.  The sheep’s milk yogurt is available in 7 ‘all natural’ styles, such as peach mango, raspberry, blueberry and more.   All are thick and creamy like no other whole milk can be unless made from sheep’s milk.   Visit us on weekends for a comprehensive farm tour and a tasting of our products.
